we currently ship to the united states and canada.
shipping is free on orders over $45 usd (united states) or $45 cad (canada). for orders below the free shipping threshold, a flat shipping fee of $9.99 (in your local currency) applies.
orders are processed within 1–3 business days. estimated delivery is 5–10 business days, depending on your location. delivery times may vary slightly during holidays or periods of high shipping volume.
once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
all orders are shipped from toronto, canada. for orders shipped to the united states, most won't incur customs charges. however, any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier. if your tracking hasn't updated for an extended period or your package appears to be lost, please contact us and we'll do our best to help
yes. we accept returns within 14 days of delivery if your item is unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
we can't accept returns for items that have been used or damaged, final sale items, or personalized products, if applicable.

yes. return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
once we receive your return, we'll inspect it before processing your refund.
