return eligibility

we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

to be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• unused
• in its original condition
• returned in its original packaging

we can't accept returns for:

• items that have been used or damaged
• final sale items
• personalized products (if applicable)

if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at hello@wiredo.xyz with:

• your order number
• a few clear photos of the issue

we'll look into it and get things sorted as soon as we can.

 

how to start a return

1. email us at hello@wiredo.xyz with your order number.
2. we'll send you the return instructions.
3. send your item back using a trackable shipping service.

please note:

• return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
• returns sent without approval won't be accepted.
• once we receive your return, we'll inspect it before processing your refund.

exchanges

we don't offer direct exchanges right now.

if you'd like a different design, simply return your original order (if eligible) and place a new one.
