where we ship

we currently ship to the united states and canada.

shipping rates

processing & delivery

• orders are processed within 1–3 business days

• estimated delivery: 5–10 business days

• you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships

delivery times may vary slightly during holidays or periods of high shipping volume.

order tracking

once your order is on its way, we'll send you a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey right to your doorstep.

customs & duties

united states: most orders will not incur customs charges, but any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

canada: no additional duties or import fees.

shipping address

please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. unfortunately, we can't guarantee changes once an order has been processed, and we're not responsible for packages delayed or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate address information.

lost or delayed packages

once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier. if your tracking hasn't updated for an extended period or your package appears to be lost, reach out to us and we'll do our best to help.
